1: format USB drive in fat32
2: copy the required resolution SW/FW in U-disk
3: plugin U-disk in the card port
4: power on the card
5: wait for the LED light to stop blinking.
6: when LED light stops power off
7: plag out u disk
8: software/firmware is upgraded
